In this tutorial you'll learn to:
- Navigate to the Posts section and find approved ideas
- Review the post preview before publishing
- Link your Instagram account if you haven't done so yet
- Publish directly or schedule for a specific date and time
- Read post statuses: Approved, Scheduled, Published
- Handle publishing errors with the Retry button
- Check the full publishing history
Go to Posts and open the "Approved" tab
In the sidebar, click Posts. You'll see several tabs at the top:
Ideas you approved in the Dashboard appear in the "Approved" tab, ready to be published.
You can also see all ideas without filtering in the "All" tab. If you're looking for posts already sent to Instagram, go directly to "Published".

Coming soonOpen the post and review the preview
Click on any approved post. The detail view opens with:
An Instagram-style preview with the photo, formatted caption and hashtags.
The full caption with the CTA included.
The selected hashtags.
Take a moment to make sure everything looks exactly how you want it before publishing.
The preview is a visual simulation. The final result on Instagram may vary slightly depending on the device, but the text and hashtags will be exactly what you see here.

Coming soonLink your Instagram account (if you haven't yet)
If your agent doesn't have an Instagram account linked, you'll see a warning banner at the top of the detail view.
To link it:
1. Click "Link" in the warning banner.
2. You'll be redirected to My Agents.
3. Select the corresponding agent.
4. Click "Link account" and follow the Instagram authorization flow.
Once linked, return to Posts to continue with publishing.
Linking is done once per agent. After linking, all approved posts from that agent can be published directly from Marvy.

Coming soonPublish or schedule the post
With your Instagram account linked, you have two options:
Publish now: the post is sent to Instagram immediately.
Schedule post: select a date and time. The post will be sent automatically at the chosen moment.
We recommend scheduling at peak activity times for your audience. You can check when your community is most active in your Instagram analytics.

Coming soonTrack post statuses
After publishing or scheduling, the post moves through these statuses:
Ready to publish: the post is queued and will be sent shortly.
Scheduled: the post is scheduled for a specific date and time.
Publishing: Marvy is sending the post to Instagram right now.
Published: the post was published successfully. A badge with the publication date appears.

Coming soonHandle publishing errors
If something goes wrong during publishing (connection error, expired session, etc.), the post will show the "Failed to publish" badge.
In that case:
Check that your Instagram account is still properly linked.
Click "Retry" to try publishing again.
If the error persists, check the connection in My Agents → your agent → Link account.
Publishing errors usually happen when the Instagram session expires. Unlinking and re-linking the account generally solves the problem.

Coming soonCheck the history in "Published"
Go to the "Published" tab to see the full history of all your published posts. Each entry shows:
The post hook.
The date and time of publication.
The "Published" badge in green.
From here you can review what you've published and plan your next posts.
Keeping an organized history helps you avoid duplicating content and see what topics you've recently covered with your audience.
