These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Marvy (marvy.me), a B2B SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate Instagram content strategies. They form a legally binding agreement between you (the user or the business you represent) and Marvy.

By creating an account, connecting your Instagram, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Marvy.

Marvy provides an AI-powered platform that connects to Instagram via Meta's official APIs to analyze competitor content, identify trends, and generate personalized content ideas, scripts, and production briefs for your brand.

• Access: The service is provided on a subscription basis. Access requires a registered account and, for core features, a connected Instagram account.
• Availability: We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
• Modifications: We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. For paid plans, we will provide reasonable notice before removing functionality material to your subscription.
• Discontinuation: If we discontinue the service, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and a pro-rated refund for any unused paid period.

To use Marvy you must create an account. By doing so, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your account with others.
• Unauthorized access: Notify us immediately at hey@marvy.me if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
• One account per user: You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, limits, or suspension.

Marvy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Marvy is a tool for legitimate content strategy. You agree to use it responsibly and lawfully.

Limited License You Grant to Marvy

By using Marvy, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, process, and store your content and connected Instagram data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Marvy service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating the platform.

AI-Generated Output

Content ideas, scripts, and briefs generated by Marvy's AI are provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publication and ensuring it meets applicable legal, ethical, and platform standards. Marvy does not guarantee that AI-generated content is free of errors, copyright issues, or platform policy violations.

Marvy integrates with Instagram via Meta's official APIs. Both Marvy and you as the user must comply with Meta's policies at all times.

• Meta Platform Policy: Marvy operates in compliance with Meta's Platform Policy and Meta's Platform Terms. By using Marvy, you agree to comply with these policies as well.
• Your Instagram account: You are responsible for ensuring your use of Marvy does not violate Instagram's Community Guidelines or Terms of Use. Marvy only accesses data you authorize via OAuth.
• Revoking access: You can disconnect Marvy from your Instagram account at any time from My Agents → select your agent → Unlink Account.
• API availability: Marvy's Instagram features depend on continued API access granted by Meta. We cannot guarantee that Meta will maintain or not alter the APIs we rely on. If API access is affected, we will communicate the impact on the service promptly.
• Competitor data: You may only use Marvy to analyze publicly available content from competitor accounts. You may not direct Marvy to access private or restricted accounts.

When paid plans become available, the following terms will apply:

• Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Payment processing: Payments are handled by Stripe. Marvy never stores your card details.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• Refunds: Payments already processed are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Unused time after cancellation is not refunded.
• Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Taxes: Prices may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location. Tax amounts will be displayed at checkout.

We build Marvy to be reliable and useful, but there are limits to the guarantees we can make.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for certain types of damages. If applicable law in your jurisdiction restricts these limitations, they apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Marvy is incorporated. We will always attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal proceedings — reach out to us first at hey@marvy.me.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email and in-app banner at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications may be made without notice, with the effective date updated at the top of this page. The current version is always available at marvy.me/terms.
