In this tutorial you'll learn to:
- Navigate the dashboard and find pending ideas
- Read and understand each part of an idea (hook, caption, CTA, hashtags)
- Edit content directly before approving
- Use the agent chat to refine an idea with a single message
- Approve ideas so they automatically move to Posts
- Reject ideas with or without a reason and recover them later
Go to the Dashboard and open an idea
In the sidebar, click Ideas (or Dashboard). You'll see the list of ideas generated by your agent, each with its hook and a status badge.
New ideas appear with a "Draft" status. Click on any idea to open it in the edit panel.

Coming soonUnderstand the parts of an idea
The edit panel shows all the components of the generated idea. It's important to review them before approving or rejecting:
Hook: the first text your audience will see. It determines whether the post stops the scroll.
Caption / Body: the full post text, editable directly.
CTA: call to action at the end of the caption.
Hashtags: add them all with "Add all" or select individually.
Collapsible sections: "AI Analysis" (why the agent chose this angle), "Visual Script" (visual brief or shots for video) and "Sources" (competitor posts that inspired the idea).
Always open the "AI Analysis" section before rejecting an idea. Understanding the agent's reasoning helps you give it better feedback over time.

Coming soonEdit the caption if needed
The caption field is editable in real time. Click on the text and start typing.
You can change the tone, shorten paragraphs, adjust the CTA, or add an emoji. Changes stay in draft until you click "Save" or "Approve".
The "Save" button saves your changes without moving the idea out of Draft status. Use it if you want to come back and review again before making a decision.

Coming soonRefine the idea with your agent (optional)
On the right side of the panel (or in the "Chat" tab on mobile) you have a direct conversation with your agent.
You can use the quick-action chips or write your own message:
For specific changes, type in the text field. For example: "Shorten the hook to a single sentence. Make it more direct and spark curiosity without revealing the stat."
Your agent responds in seconds with an updated version of the content.
Your agent learns from your approvals and rejections. The more you use it, the more aligned it becomes with your voice. Use the chat to give precise instructions, not just to reject.

Coming soonApprove the idea
When you're happy with the content, click the "Approve" button in the bottom bar of the panel.
The idea automatically moves to "Approved" status and appears in the Posts section, ready to be scheduled or published.
Once approved, the idea leaves the Dashboard and moves to Posts. From there you can schedule publication or publish directly to Instagram if your account is linked.

Coming soonReject the idea (with or without a reason)
If the idea isn't right, click "Reject". A confirmation dialog will appear with:
You can reject without a reason if it simply doesn't fit. The reason is useful for giving the agent context and improving future ideas.
Rejected ideas aren't deleted. They stay in the "Rejected" filter and you can recover them at any time.

Coming soonRecover a rejected idea
If you change your mind, you can recover a rejected idea from the Dashboard.
In the rejected idea's panel, the status shows "Rejected". You can edit it again and approve it whenever you want.
Rejections are valuable feedback for your agent. Don't see them as a waste — every rejection improves the ideas you'll receive tomorrow.
